This afternoon Ash became the 4th family solo bike rider and shed his training wheels for good. We are super proud of him!

Cheesus!
As Frank and Lola's is no longer open for lunch on Saturdays, we went to The Painted Horse restaurant downtown for lunch today after I got home from my morning exercise classes. The kids split a "Cheesus" burger, hamburger topped with macaroni and cheese. They devoured it! Derek had a giant chicken sandwich and I had an open faced Phili cheese steak -like sandwich and salad. Afterwards we went walking around town in the beautiful fall weather. (Yesterday it was actually cold and rainy and feltije winter!)
