Thanks for the Swedish cookbook G, J, and W! Derek and I will take them in to work tomorrow to help celebrate "Fika" with our coworkers. Fika is a Swedish social phenomenon, a tradition observed frequently, preferably several times a day and a legitimate reason to set aside a moment for quality time. Accompanying sweets are crucial!
These look delicious! I'm glad you were finally able to make them...our trip just flew by and there wasn't a chance! Have a fantastic week and good luck getting over jetlag.
