An Evening in Amarillo, TX

Mexican food at a restaurant called "Joe Taco" followed by a trip to the park with a one mile walk in the evening sun!


Sangria/margarita swirl! 


This was totally awesome. Beef tips, jalapeño and green chile sauce with cheese and salad on sopapillas.
