I finally arrived home last night around 9:15 pm. It was nice and icy in Bartlesville. Slept really well last night. Then got up at 8 am to hug the kids and learn about all that they had done while I was away. On Thursday Ashton received a special award for being quiet all week during reading time. He also received a spirit stick for perfect attendance. On Thursday night Derek let him choose dinner. He chose burritos at home with black olives.
Friday, Zach came home with a Principals award for his good behavior and passing his music theory test in music class. He chose going to Freddie's for a special dinner on Friday night.
This morning we enjoyed omelets while watching hockey on the Olympics. This afternoon, we have enjoyed nachoes and margaritas (milk for the kids ) and other goodies whiled watching the Olympics. It is good to be home and have a relaxing day together!
