A Night Together on the Town!
This evening we had a fun family night! We went out for a fabulous dinner at Ocean China, enjoying General Tso's Chicken and Mongolian Beef. After dinner, we headed to the Bartlesville Community Center to enjoy the Bartlesville Symphony Orchestra and a night "Larger Than Life" with selections from the movie Prince Valiant by Franz Waxman, Don Quixote Suite, by Teleman, The Ride of the Cossacks from the movie Taras Bulba by Waxman, Billy the Kid by Aaron Copland, and excerpts from the ballet Spartacus by Khachaturian. The kids were really good with the long concert (ended at 9:30pm). What a nice evening!
