In Washington DC!

 We arrived in Washington D.C. In good form late last night. The boys were great on the planes and we were able to successfully make our tight connection in Chicago. Today we had a great time with Grandpa Randy and Grandma Peggy eating Mexican food for lunch, exploring some of the monuments (the Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Memorial, Korean War Memorial, Reflecting pool with views of the Washington Monument and Capitol), and enjoying the beautiful fall weather.  After a nice afternoon outside we spent a few hours relaxing and then ventured out for pizza and spaghetti in the village. What a nice day. The boys have enjoyed "camping" at Grandma and Grandpa's apartment while Derek and I have been enjoying our ritzy hotel room two blocks away. We have a fun day scheduled for tomorrow with a trip to the zoo planned. More soon!
