We spent a wonderful morning at the Zoo. It was nice and cool- in the 70s (much more pleasant than when we visited in June).
Our favorite animal this time was the Fossa (a "big" cat - abount Snicker's size - from Madagascar). He or she was very active, leaping from tree branches, to fence railings, to rock ledges. We could not get a good picture, but here is one we found on the internet.
We then went out for a Mexican dinner- yum! While driving home, we passed a restaurant called "The Hobbit Cafe". Apparently it has a Lord of the Rings theme. How cool! Can't wait to visit in the future (Cliff and Dixie- are you game???).

This afternoon we have just been spending time sitting and playing outside. So nice to finally have some "fall" weather.
I also now have travel tickets to visit Greg and Jenny and little Wynter mid-month in Munich for a week. I can't wait! Mom will also be out visiting too (we will be roomates!!!). Wyn is scheduled to make her appearance on Tuesday. Yay!!!!
Looks like the zoo was fun! I just made the mistake of clicking on the link for "The Hobbit Cafe"...BIG MISTAKE. Everything on the menu looks fantastic! MMMMMM, dying to have them send me something tasty for the last day of pregnancy :)
