Three Musketeers
So far our holiday weekend has been nice and relaxed. We started off our weekend with Mexican at Lupe Tortilla on Friday night (Spicy "Cheekin" Enchiladas- YUM!) and a skye session with Grandma Dixie. Yesterday we were couch potatoes all day- starting with pancakes and sausage for breakfast, and sitting around playing video games, watching football, and reading. Derek was the most productive- building his newest computer.
Today was also relaxing with more family skype sessions with laundry and grocery shopping mixed in. Derek and Zach also went out and bought us a new lawn mower as ours finally kicked the bucket. Zach went with Snickers and I on the nightly raus tonight- riding his bike all the way around the schools complex. Yay- Mom and Z time- how fun! the slow cooker charros beans and Grandma Dixie's corn bread recipe were awesome as well. Now some time for math facts practice and some reading before Derek and I can sit down to enjoy the latest episodes of True Blood and Breaking Bad.
