On the Trail

We went on a family walk through our neighborhood to the hike and bike trails nearby.  It was lovely in the woods and we  had a great time looking for water and wildlife at all of the bridges.  We walked to a park where the kids had a blast and where we saw many turtles and giant goldfish.  In all we must have walked 3-4 miles.  We ended our hike with a hamburger cookout.  Yum!

    I love everything up until the "giant goldfish". Akkk! I'm glad you guys had such a great trip. Your weekends just keep getting better and better. I wish it were easier for us to come over for a weekend.

    Maybe someday Parke County will have some wonderful hike/bike trails like yours!
