Yay! We got the house!

So, after a few back-and-forth negotiations, we have the house down in Houston.  Yay!  Here are a few more pictures.

So, we are excited and have been having fun trying to figure out where to put our furniture in the different rooms.  Zach loves looking at the pictures, telling us which room is his and which is Ash's and where all the toys will go! He also drew a nice picture of our new house.  I'll scan it in and post it soon. 

On the Bartlesville end, we spent part of the day yesterday performing more touch-ups on our current house.  The utility room looks great! 

The guest bathroom- not so much.  We will talk to a contractor on Monday about putting new floor in and will wash our hands of it.  We talked to the first realtor about our house qualities and getting it on the market this morning.  We will talk to the second realtor on Tuesday (we have to talk to two different realtors for our relocation deal through the company).  At this point, we are leaning toward waiting to put the house on the market until after we move out.  We will see how things go...

We are heading to Ponca City this afternoon to hang out with our good friends there who we originally met in New Mexico.  It will be good to have a fun distraction for a change and take a break from all things HOUSE!
