Actually, Flower is the elusive skunk that lives in their woods and visits their yard in the evenings. Attempts to catch and relocate said skunk have been futile (they have caught raccoons and even Buddy, their cat, in the live trap but no skunk).
Zach likes hearing about the skunk, but advises that Grandpa and Grandma not pet the skunk because "they really stink"!
No Yays for stinky skunks! Good luck catching it Dixie and Cliff. We think we have a stinky opossum that visits our yard very late at night. Pew! He stinks as he goes by the window. Wakes me up. Glad he clears out by morning.
ReplyDeleteWe also have "Bruce" the bat who hangs out beside our bedroom door to the back porch starting about 1:00 p.m. until dark.
