Yes, I am in the office today. The daycare is open. Z and D are relaxing at home. WE received almost zero precipitation last night, but it is cold outside (11 degrees the last time I checked with significant windchill). I have a lunch outing with some of my group members. So that should help make the day a bit more fun- along with the fact that we were all given the "ok" to wear jeans for the rest of the week to work on account of the weather!
On another quick note of GRUMBLE, we found out over Christmas that our new favorite Mexican restaurant was closed down as it had obtained its license to operate under false pretenses. :(
