Dixie and Cliff arrived in good form yesterday. Both boys were excited to see them. We celebrated Dixie's birthday (which was Nov. 30th) last night with candles and her yummy homemade carrot cake. Today we spent a nice day together catching up, relaxing, and preparing salt-cured country ham for eating later in the weekend! Tonight we are going to watch Star Trek together (probably with more cake- yay!). More soon!
