Trip to the Oklahoma Aquarium in Tulsa

We went to Tulsa early this morning for Ash's follow-up visit with the cardiologist. He was very smiley throughout his echocardiogram. The result was very positive with further confirmation that the valvuloplasty was a success. According to the doctor he now only has very mild narrowing and some valve leakage (not uncommon with the balloon procedure) that should reduce over time. We also found out that he is now a whopping 14 pounds!!! We go back for another check-up on August 7th. Zach went with us this morning, and as both boys were so good we took a trip to the Oklahoma Aquarium. Zach was very excited to see the Octopus as he is a big fan of the giant squid in the Disney movie 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. We also enjoyed looking at the sharks, seahorses (my favorite), and the nautilus. They even had a "nursery" tank of baby potbellied seahorses! Afterwards we went out for Mexican food before running some errands and returning to Bartlesville. I am hoping to get a long run in today or tomorrow to work off all those yummy calories :)
