We really had a fabulous time over the weekend with Grandma Peggy celebrating Zach's birthday. He received an awesome CARS-themed mirror from Grandpa Gary as well as dinosaur play set with erupting volcano from Grandpa Randy and Grandma Peggy. His "big" gift from Derek and I was a big wheel tricycle. His legs are not quite long enough when he turns the wheel, but by this summer he will be a pro! I took both boys in to the pediatrician today for their checkups. Ash now weighs 12 pounds 7 ounces. He is 24 inches long. Zach is 37 pounds and is 40 inches tall. Both did really well until they both received 3 shots each at the end of the appointment. Both have VERY good lung capacity! By the time Mommy got to work, Mommy was ready for a margarita and a nap.
